Ingredients: For the chicken wings 1 tbsp olive oil For the sauce 1 tbsp coconut oil, divided for the chicken 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp ginger, minced 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp sea salt 1 tsp ground nutmeg 2 tsp ground turmeric 2 tsp fresh coriander 1 cup plain flour (use all-purpose) For the green salad 1 cup spinach, shredded 1 cup blueberries, shredded 2 cups baby carrots, shredded 3 cloves garlic, minced 4 tbsp olive tapenade (optional) Directions: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a pan, melt the coconut oil and add the garlic, ginger, black pepper, cumin, salt, cinnamon, turmeric, ground cinnamon, sea salt, nutmeg and ground coriand while still warm, add the flour and stir until it becomes a ball.
Pour in the chicken and toss well.
Place the chicken wing on a greased baking tray and add some green onions, spinach, blueberries and carrots.
Top with more spinach, the chopped corianders, chopped garlic and cooked chicken.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve warm with a nice salad and a green smoothies.
