How to burn fat, lose weight and stay slim using a ‘flat belly’ diet

You might think a flat stomach workout would be enough to get you in shape, but a new study suggests it’s not the only way to burn more fat than you think. 

The study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, also found that it was possible to lose weight without the use of a flat-barbell exercise program.

“We’re using a flat belly workout as an alternative to weightlifting for those with low body fat,” said lead author Dr John Bekki.

The flat belly was a popular idea for weight loss in the 1970s, but the idea is no longer considered to be the best way to lose body fat.

For example, the study’s findings suggest that a flat barbell exercise regime may not be effective if you’re already overweight, or if you’ve been cutting calories.

Instead, a flat diet might help you to shed fat without any effort from your body.

“You can just go to a bar and do something that you’ve done before without having to make any changes,” Dr Bekku said.

A study that found using a single barbell workout to burn body fat may be better than two or three sets of barbell squatsThe research showed that, when combined with the flat-belly diet, a single-bar workout worked better than using two or more sets of squat squats.

Dr Bekkki said it was also possible to burn a lot more fat with flat-bell exercise than using the traditional squat, bench press or deadlift.

According to the study, when you use two or two sets of squats, bench presses or deadlifts, you can lose around 5kg of body fat in the first six months.

When you do three or four sets of those exercises, your body fat loss will drop by around 1.4kg per month.

That means if you were to perform three or more squat squats a week for 12 weeks, you would lose around 2kg of fat a month.

Dr Peter White, the director of the Department of Exercise and Sports Medicine at University of Melbourne, said he thought the findings were surprising.

He said if you already had low bodyfat, it was unlikely you’d need to go on a diet.

However, if you have high bodyfat and want to shed more, he said you could start by doing flat-body exercises.

“The fact that you can get away with squatting, bench pressing, deadlaying, the barbell squat is just a very simple exercise that will get you into a very low body-fat state and you’ll be able to do a very, very low calorie deficit,” Dr White said.

“And if you can do that, you might not even need to get into the gym.”

I think the takeaway from this is that there is a wide range of different exercises that you could do that might be effective.

“A flat belly exercise program is the most common type of weight loss exercise that people do, and Dr Bekerki said he would recommend people try using a low-impact exercise program to lose fat.

He said the benefits of using a program such as the one used in the study were that it allowed you to focus on the weight and not the rest of your daily life.”
