When it comes to buying a house, there’s no shortage of options.
But there’s one option that could make you the wealthiest homeowner in Florida: a flat-roof house.
The $200 million flat roof houses are among the most expensive in the country, but that’s because they can’t be built on land that’s already been plowed, said John Pfeiffer, a Florida real estate agent.
If you can get your hands on one of these homes, you could end up with $1.2 million or more.
If the home has been ploughed, the cost is around $800,000.
Pfeffer said if you want a home that can stand the elements, you should definitely go for one of the bigger houses that are built on the site.
The flat roofs typically have a 2,000-square-foot home with an additional 1,200 square feet added on.
These houses are typically built on a smaller site and typically have more windows, Pfeffer said.
They can also have a higher-end, more upscale look, and some offer a $3 million home, according to Pfeifers.
Some flat roofs are larger than 2,500 square feet.
If your home is taller than that, Pffers recommends considering something a bit larger.
He said one of his clients recently built a 2.6-acre home on the edge of the ocean with a 1,400-square foot home on its ground floor.
“It has a very high floor, so you’re going to be able to see the ocean all the way across, and you can see everything from the ocean up,” he said.
The downside to a flat home is that it can’t withstand flooding, which is a real concern if you live in the state.
If there is a big storm or an event like the Superstorm Sandy, Pfc.
Michael Smith said it can take weeks to get to the beach with a small flat home, so he’d rather buy one that can withstand the elements and still look good in the process.
Smith said he can get a $250,000 flat roof home on a large site, but he’d only consider it if it’s a place that can accommodate the family.
The homes built on these larger lots often cost more than other homes.
The cost varies by area, but a typical house in Tampa can cost up to $2 million.

If a flat house can be built, it’s best to consider one that’s taller than 1,500 feet.
That’s because a flat structure doesn’t hold up in the elements well, Pffer said, and it can be difficult to weatherproof it.
A typical house built with a 2-story structure can cost $1 million to $1,500, depending on the size and location.
Pffer also recommended getting one of those larger houses that have a bigger garage or garage storage.
That way, you can have more storage space for your cars, but also make the space more accessible for guests.
If that sounds like a lot of money, PFeiffer said that’s a good thing because you can buy a small home with the right amenities that can make a big difference in the long run.
A 2,400 square-foot house on a property like the one shown above could be worth up to the amount of money a typical family could spend on a typical vacation.
If this house is built on larger lots, it can cost anywhere from $1 to $3,000, depending if it has more or less windows and more storage, PFFER said.
In addition to being a good value, it’ll also be the ideal location for a vacation home if it does have a driveway.
If it’s built on large lots, PFEIFERS recommends getting a 4,000 square-yard home on land the size of a soccer field and having a driveway as long as 25 feet wide.
It can also be a great location for your children to visit.
If all of that sounds a little too much to ask, Pfifers said it’s okay if you can only afford to have one of your home’s four bedrooms and one bathroom on the lot.
That can make it easier to get that family a vacation in a short period of time, Pfleiffer explained.
